Credits can be earned by placing multiple Scrumbles subscription orders. The amount of earned credits will depend on which loyalty tier you are in.
How to see and apply credits:
1) Visit your subscription portal, by clicking the profile icon at the top right of the page or within the menu on mobile
2) Log in using your account email and entering the code. Locate your Active Subscription then click "Manage Subscription ->"
3) You should see a green banner, showing the value of your credits. To apply the credits, click "Redeem"
4) Select the number of credits you'd like to redeem, and click Redeem My Points
5) This will apply your credits to your next renewal as a discount, which you can see applying in the "Summary" section
Credits Troubleshooting:
Credits from the Loyalty Scheme must be applied manually by redeeming credits in your subscription portal.
Credits cannot transfer, and expire if no order is placed within 3 months.
Credits cannot be combined with discounts, and can only be used on subscription orders over £10.
A maximum of £20 in credits can be used on any one order (equivalent to 2000 credits).
