Need to update the email address linked to your Scrumbles account? You can usually make this change directly from your online account.
How to change your email address
Log in to your Scrumbles account and head to your account portal.
2. Select Account from the menu at the top of the page.
3. Click Edit Information, then click into the Email field.
4. Enter your new email address.
5. Select Save to confirm your changes.
Your account will then be updated with your new email address.
Having trouble changing your email?
There are a couple of situations where you might not be able to update your email address yourself:
The new email address is already registered with Scrumbles. If the email address you'd like to use is already associated with another Scrumbles account, you may not be able to save the change. Please contact our Customer Support team and we'll see if we can help.
Your account has an active subscription. Occasionally, changing an email address associated with a subscription can cause an error or may not update correctly across your account. If you're having trouble, please contact our Customer Support team and we'll help get everything sorted.
