The good news? All our recipes can be stored at room temperature until opened, so there's no need to make space in the fridge just yet!
Dry Food
Keep our dry food in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Once opened, reseal the bag tightly after each use to keep those biscuits fresh and crunchy. If you're transferring the food into a storage container, we'd recommend keeping it in its original bag inside the container.
Always check the best-before date printed on the packaging.
Wet Food
Our wet food, including tins, trays and pouches, is shelf-stable, meaning there's no need to refrigerate it until opened.
Before opening:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Check the packaging is sealed and undamaged before serving.
Once opened:
Cover and refrigerate any leftovers.
Use within 2–3 days, or sooner if specified on the packaging.
Allow chilled food to come towards room temperature before serving, if your pet prefers. Can be microwaved or gently warmed to release aromas. Can also be frozen, although must be decanted first, otherwise the original packaging may blow.
Cat Soups: Our bone broth soups should be refrigerated once opened and used within 2 days.
Treats
Keep our Krunchies, Nibbles and other tasty treats in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Once opened, reseal the packaging tightly after each use to keep them crunchy and delicious.
There's no need to refrigerate our treats. Just make sure they're stored away from heat and moisture, and check the best-before date on the pack.
