How do I set up a subscription?
Getting started is easy!
Choose your products: Browse our range of gut-friendly cat and dog food and select your pet's favourites.
Select the 'Subscribe & Save' purchase option: On the product or collection page, choose the subscription option instead of a one-time purchase.
Choose your delivery frequency: Pick how often you'd like your Scrumbles delivered, depending on how quickly your pet gets through their food.
Add to basket and checkout: Complete your order as normal. Your subscription will be set up automatically once your order is placed.
That's it! Your first order will be on its way, and your future deliveries will be scheduled according to your chosen frequency.
What are the benefits of subscribing?

Can I change my subscription later?
Absolutely! You can manage your subscription at any time through your online account. Simply log in using the profile icon on our website and head to your subscription portal. From there, you can update your products, change your delivery frequency, skip an upcoming order or cancel your subscription.
Just remember that any changes will apply to future orders that haven't already been processed.
When will I be charged?
You'll pay for your first order when you check out. After that, payments are taken automatically when your next subscription order is due to be processed, based on your chosen delivery frequency. You can check your upcoming renewal date in your subscription portal.
