How do I earn rewards?
There are several ways to earn credits:
Place an order: Earn £1 in credits when you place an order.
Leave a review: Earn £1 in credits when you leave a Google review.
Refer a friend: Earn £1 in credits when a friend places their first order using your referral link.
You can view your available credits and reward history in the Scrumbles Rewards section of your account.
How do the loyalty tiers work?
The more subscription orders you receive, the more rewards you unlock!
Tier | Subscription orders | Reward |
Bronze | 1–2 orders | 5% discount on your second order |
Silver | 3–7 orders | 2% cashback on every order |
Gold | 8–15 orders | 4% cashback on every order |
Platinum | 16+ orders | 6% cashback on every order |
Cashback is awarded as account credits, which you can redeem against future subscription renewals. Your current tier, progress and available rewards are displayed in your Scrumbles Rewards dashboard.
How do I redeem my credits?
Got some credits ready to spend? Here's how to use them:
Log in to your Scrumbles account.
Head to Scrumbles Rewards.
Find the Redeem Your Credits section.
Choose how much credit you'd like to redeem and select Redeem.
A discount code will be generated for you to apply to your next subscription renewal.
Please note: Reward credits can only be redeemed against subscription orders, not one-time purchases.
Can I earn rewards by referring a friend?
Absolutely! Sharing is caring, especially when it comes to happy tums.
Head to the Invite Your Friends Now section of your Rewards dashboard to find your personal referral link.
When you share it with a friend:
Your friend gets 33% off their first subscription order.
You get £15 off to use on your subscription when they place their first qualifying order.
You can track your referrals and earned rewards in your dashboard. Referrals must have a unique address to your own.
Where can I see my rewards?
Simply log in to your account and open Scrumbles Rewards.
Here, you'll be able to see your:
Current loyalty tier and progress towards the next tier
Available credit balance
Ways to earn additional credits
Active rewards and reward history
Personal referral link
