When will my payment be taken?
When you first subscribe to Scrumbles, you'll be charged at checkout for your first order.
After that, your payment will be taken automatically on your next subscription renewal date, based on your chosen delivery frequency.
Important: Your renewal date is the date your payment is taken and your order is processed, NOT the date your order will be delivered.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, we'll get your order ready for dispatch. Delivery will take place afterwards, according to our usual shipping times.
How can I check my next renewal date?
You can view your upcoming renewal date at any time through your subscription portal.
Log in to your Scrumbles account using the profile icon on our website.
Open your subscription portal.
Find your Next Renewal Date, which shows when your next payment will be taken and your order processed.
Can I change my renewal date?
Absolutely! If you're running low on food or still have plenty left, you can adjust your next renewal date to suit you.
Simply log in to your subscription portal and select the option to change your next renewal date.
You can also change your delivery frequency, skip an upcoming order or bring your next order forward.
Please note: Any changes must be made before your subscription order has been processed. Once your renewal payment has been taken and the order placed, we can't amend or cancel that order.
What happens after I'm charged?
Once your subscription renews:
Your payment is taken automatically using your saved payment method.
Your order is created and sent for processing.
You'll receive an order confirmation email.
Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Your order will then arrive according to our usual delivery times, rather than on the renewal date itself.
